The Company is an industrial systems integrator was spending significant engineering time on tasks that should be automated: drawing network topology diagrams by hand, configuring each controller through vendor-specific desktop software, and traveling to sites for firmware updates and diagnostics.

Industrial facilities like factories, logistics centers, commercial buildings — use dozens to hundreds of PLCs and microcontrollers managing lighting, HVAC, ventilation, process control and safety systems. Integrates OPC-UA, alongside MQTT (with Sparkplug B). Features a built-in Modbus TCP/RTU gateway layer, enabling existing PLCs and older sensors to communicate seamlessly alongside modern endpoints. Supports UAF (Unified Architecture Framework)

Configurable alarm rules per controller and zone. Escalation workflows: on-site tablet alert → engineer phone → supervisor email. Full alarm history with acknowledge and resolution tracking.

The Visual Simulation module provides interactive, real-time visualization of the entire control infrastructure using fully animated SVG components. It dynamically illustrates signal flows, opening ventilation dampers, or activating lighting, showing exactly which assets are operational at any given moment. This allows operators to intuitively monitor processes, test scenarios safely.

This module automatically generates a bill of materials (BOM) required for project assembly. By integrating component pricing and live warehouse inventory tracking, it provides instant visibility into stock availability and costs. Ultimately, the module compiles a precise cost estimate for clients and a procurement list for installation teams.
