A fast growing hygiene products manufacturer faced complete disconnection across internal operations. Procurement lacked visibility into production schedules, Sales had no real-time data on available stock, and Finance relied on outdated information. Solution
We built a full-company ERP covering production, procurement, sales, warehouse, and finance – featuring an AI demand-planning module that calculates material requirements against supplier lead times to implement Lean Inventory without risking line stoppages.
The core architectural principle: every module feeds every other. A confirmed sales order immediately updates production planning, which updates material requirements, showing procurement exactly what needs ordering and when, while factoring in each supplier’s delivery lead time.

Production orders, materials, work-in-progress tracking across all product lines (maxi pads, medical garments, gloves, wet wipes) with real-time production status visible across departments.
AI Demand Forecasting
Machine learning model forecasts demand per SKU from order history, seasonality, and customer patterns. Feeds directly into Material Requirements Planning (MRP) to specify order timing and quantities based on vendor lead times.
Lean Inventory
Calculates dynamic reorder points and safety stock levels per material based on demand variability and supplier reliability, eliminating safety-stock guesswork and avoiding overstocking.
Procurement Management
Handles supplier records, purchase orders, goods receipts, and three-way matching (PO / GR / invoice). Automatically generates procurement recommendations from the Lean Inventory engine for buyer review and approval.
Warehouse & Inventory
Bin-level inventory tracking across raw materials, WIP, and finished goods using barcode-based movements. Provides real-time stock valuation and lot/expiry date tracking for perishable items.
Finance & Management Reporting
Automated accounts payable, accounts receivable, COGS, and product margin reporting generated directly from operational data. Provides on-demand management P&L reports without month-end delays.
